The room was clean but since they’re remodeling it had tons of issues like the water in the shower didn’t went through, the tables were poorly mounted and placed so they fell off and kinda felt insecure. The air conditioning worked but the main problem is the energy source at location - is poor and sometimes it rebooted and was either Hot or too cold. Staff was comprehensive and excited about their renewals

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, La habitación premium deluxe, no tiene nada de premium, no cuenta con armario, no cuenta con sillas o muebles para apoyar el equipaje, el baño no tiene privacidad, habitación sucia. El desayuno que incluye es el mimo los dos días y no hay opción de cambiar por otro menú aunque sea pagando. Tal como termina de sucio el salón después de la fiesta nocturna así se mantiene sucio al momento del desayuno en el mismo salón. Con tapitas tiradas, mesas y sillas sucias y en mal ubicación, no prenden los ventiladores en el salón/restaurante, nosotros como huéspedes buscamos donde encender los ventiladores y acomodar nuestra mesa. Ya que la persona del hotel se excusó con que es nueva en el trabajo en repetidas ocasiones. Las duchas y baños del área de piscina sucios y en ningún momento observé que hicieran la limpieza. PRECIO ALTO PARA EL SERVICIO Y TAMAÑO DE LA HABITACIÓN
