Location: perfect. Room size: generous. Cleanliness: 10/10. 931 Beach also has a friendly and accommodating property manager, festive decor (we were there in October), a roomy oceanfront front porch with plenty of seating, an awesome claw foot tub, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, and a little kitchen area with a deep sink, small (but not mini!) fridge, dishes and coffee machine. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay at 931 Beach House. We met Heather (Innkeeper) upon checking in. She is most pleasant, helpful in identifying restaurants in the area. She was very responsive via chat as needed. I especially enjoyed listening to her wealth of knowledge about Cap May's history. The Inn is 10/10 for cleanliness, amenities, and inviting charm. Overall, we loved our visit to the area and strongly recommend 931 Beach House accommodations.

This place was more like home than hotel. Friendly hostess and attention to detail was seen in every moment we were there. Had the pleasure of an amazing afternoon nap on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Watched the bunnies play while having my coffee every morning too. This was perfect.
