I am excited to have a new spot to send my clients when they come for treatment from out of state!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and affordable place to stay! Easy check in/out. Virtual check-in was very simple, however, there is a service fee of about $7. No free parking but there is a parking lot immediately next to the building; it was about $50 for 24 hrs. There is no elevator and no ground-level rooms. There is a night club on the first floor; we were on the 3rd floor and could hear it just a little above the TV; not enough to keep us awake but ear plugs are provided if you're a light sleeper. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, KCup variety; also provide other things such as snacks or beverages but those are an extra charge. The representative reached out a few times via Hotels.com so even though there is no lobby, I felt that if I needed anything, it would be handled relatively quickly. The building is close to a lot of businesses downtown, most notably Union Station and restaurants. Overall, the stay was fantastic and would stay again.

Fantastic location in downtown Denver. Great, prompt help from the management via text and email when I wasn't using my check-in directions correctly to enter the building. Extensive check-in directions/identity check via email were a bit exhaustive. The street-side room was indeed noisy and vibration-filled until the middle of the night with a dance club on lower level and patrons spilling into the sidewalk and street. Next door public parking, while expensive, was very convenient. Room was clean with all amenities as described. Bedding in our unit could stand a refresh.

Know that this hotel is non-refundable…no matter the reason…even if there is a death in your family and you were going to change travel plans entirely they will say…”the cancellation policy will apply.” Which means you cannot get your money back. Due to the arrangements I didn’t have to cancel my entire trip so I stayed a few nights here…AC barely worked, door lock system barely worked, you have to pay a bunch for parking, and the whole place smells like weed…long story short between the terrible customer service and the overall quality of the place needless to say I’d never stay here again.

Well, no one mentioned a night club operating downstairs with insane bass vibrating the whole building with all the expected rattles of cheap finishes throughout. It was insane! I could hear the lyrics to the music they were playing!! Completely ridiculous. I would stay here again Sunday night - Wednesday night, but holy crap, stay away on the weekends.

I was a bit skeptical booking this hotel given the number of negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised with my stay. I messaged with the hotel via Hotels.com messaging platform and they were very responsive and informative. 1 day before my check-in, they sent me info on how to complete the pre-arrival verification process which included uploading my driver’s license and photos of myself. The downside to this was that I was charged $7.50 to complete the process, which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. I also had to pay a $200 deposit for any damages/incidentals but that deposit was promptly refunded to me 1 day after checking out. The instructions on how to enter the property and my room were very clear and easy to follow. The room itself was mostly as advertised and clean. The microwave and mini fridge were both very convenient. No noise issues during my stay other than a chatty neighbor who took calls in the hallway. Great location near Union Station and walkable to many food options.

Failry quick online check in, not a typical check in experience due to a staff-less location, but easy enough. 4 flight walk up, no elevator. Not a big deal to me, but if you have ANY kind of disability, this is not the place to stay. It's for a younger, or at least more active traveler, not for older folks or kids. It's over a bar and your balcony will be over the open bar patio. I got lucky and they were closed on the Tuesday I was there so fairly quiet and had a good sleep. VERY convenient to anything in walking distance, walked to a Rockies game and it's only about 10 minutes to the stadium. Curtain fell on my head when I went to open the sliding door, no drywall anchors so it just fell on me when I barely touched it. The smooth slate on the shower floor is SLICK, be careful. Coffee pot has no extension cord so you have to put it on the floor next to the plug to make your coffee. Closet door came off the track when I barely touched it to get the tiny ironing board (which was broken but usable) and iron. Some attention to detail and low cost maintenance would do wonders for the property and rooms, starting with the entry door. At least re-paint it and make a traveler feel like they didn't make a mistake before they even get inside. It shares the front entry patio with the bar next door, so be aware of the bar is open, you are entering the hotel standing next to bar tables and patrons, not the most private situation. It's fine if you know it's coming, but not if you don't.
