A estrutura é muito boa, mas pelo valor cobrado eles deixam a desejar. Café da manhã acaba rápido, assim como as reposições de louças são demoradas. Café da manhã com poucas variedades é desorganizado, sem placas. O atendimento na piscina é muito demorado. Tem uma luz no quarto que é ativada por som e fica ligando durante a noite. Os quartos são virados para a piscina, que toca música alta o dia todo. Então não dá para descansar durante o dia, caso queira.

Cama confortável, quarto com tamanho excelente, banheiro com ducha dupla e pressão muito boa, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, piscina sensacional, localizado em uma parte mais tranquila de Pirenópolis, próximo às principais atrações como restaurantes, bares, lojinhas etc, conseguindo ir a pé do hotel.
