Awful stay. I booked a room with 2 beds. I arrive and they tell me they only have a room with 1 bed since they over booked. They offered zero compensation. They advertise Wifi but that only exists in the reception office. Room had a stale smell and the shower had mold. Immediately demanding a full refund for this terrible stay.

The Queen's Lodge Motel is an older motel in a very busy part of West Palm Beach, Florida. But it was clean and comfortable and very close to the port. It filled our needs. We would stay again.

The carpet was dirty and moldy. The bedding was surprisingly clean but I couldn’t trust it. There was visible mold on the dresser and headboard. Extra loud neighbors two night in a row. No frills no thrills just a roof over your head.

10/10 would never recommend to my worst enemy
Went to check in was told they didn’t have my reservation even though I made the reservation 3 months in advance worst mistake I made the whole place feels like a drug motel then I was told since they were full they would give me the best room they have and was asked not to take anything from the room the only thing I took was a sleepless night on a bed from the 70s and a street light that couldn’t be blocked out 10/10 would never recommend
