Absolutely Awful Customer Service
When we arrived, the entire apartment (including the beds) smelled like cigarette smoke. There was also a loud, chirping smoke detector that had been disconnected. I messaged the property several times about both of these with no response. I reached out to Hotels.com who gave me the number to contact — it was their janitor, not property management. I didn’t hear back until the next morning and all I got was “we’ll put in a ticket” and an email sent to the rest of the guests reminding them not to smoke — no resolution, no offer of clean sheets, nothing. The beds were uncomfortable, as well as smelling like cigarettes. The WiFi (which they gave us the password to) went out mid-day of our third day, and when I messaged to let them know, I got a response saying WiFi is not an included amenity. I was simply trying to let them know the amenity that they HAD provided for us upon check in wasn’t working. In addition to the loud street noise outside (which can’t be helped due to the area), there is a loud, continuous beeping from the lobby, which really impacted our sleeping, but after not getting a response about anything else it seemed pointless to message the property.
I will never stay here again and I would recommend not giving this company your money. Poor communication and below average digs. Not worth what they are charging.
