The room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. They had one ready on the second floor, but I requested one on the first floor because I’m disabled. The lady desk clerk said that the room would be reads in 20 minutes. We waited for an hour and the room was still not ready. The lady desk clerk said it was because they only had one housekeeper for the whole three story building. We waited almost an hour. We had to leave and could not wait any longer for the room to be ready. When we left that gentleman who was the desk clerk, said that they would give us extra points because of the inconvenience. When we came back at 8:30 at night, the room was ready. but when we came back at 8:30, I asked yhe man desk clerk how their points worked and how the credits were going to work and he changed his story and said he was going to let the manager know and they’ll decide if was going to get get extra points or not. So on one side, they offer us something for our inconvenience and on the other side, they turned and took it away. The pool was filthy and filled with dirt There was leaves and debris throughout the pool. The hot tub was green and it looked like there was no chlorine in it at all. The hot tub was also super hot to the point my skin felt like it was burning. The whole pool experience was horrible. The breakfast was great and coffee, tea and such a available all the time was great. I was very disappointed because I paid an extra more to stay there just for the pool that I couldn’t enjoy
