Vegas Grandview
Grandview is a multi apartment tower facility with common use pools, jacuzzi, weight room, cardio room and ample off street parking. Stay has room options. Single bed room unit had separate living, bed and kitchen. Soaking tub was aside the bedroom and clean and comfortable. There is no room service so much like stay at home for upkeep. Elevators are dated and need service or replacement. Definitely beyond service life. Since this is an apartment I experienced a periodic required Fire System Test process, early morning that also shut down elevators. All with no prior notice. Long hike from 8th floor. Would stay again but not recommend to friends or family.

Walking distance to SouthPoint. It’s a bit of a walk to certain buildings. Staff are passing you constantly on golf carts but I never saw them helping guests to their building. The room was clean. Building had a pool and hot tub. Restaurants, Casino, bowling, shopping are at SouthPoint.

Dirty room and morning fire alarm testing
My 2nd stay at Grandvuew due to its convenient location to the south point expo The first time was for four nights and good, this was for one night and week make me think twice. After driving for 9 hours, my late night check in was delayed as their systems were rebooting. There was no late checkout available, though they had plenty of rooms available for the next night. The room was not totally cleaned and food was left in the fridge from the last guest. Then trying to sleep until the last moment, the started testing the fire alarm system that morning. The sound and lights in my room were deafening. Despite the convenience, i doubt that I'll stay at Grandview again.

Inexpensive Stay Away From The Strip
This is our second stay at the Grandview and plan on staying there again. Pros: Inexpensive, large rooms, amenities/space in the rooms, off the strip, less traffic, good gambling next door at South Point Cons: Rooms are a starting to show wear and need updating and maintenance If you are looking for a 'apartment' style room, for a reasonable cost, Grandview is for you. The rooms are large with a living and dining area, full kitchen, king bed, and full bathroom with soaking tub. Just know it is not near the strip (that is a pro for us) and the rooms are part of a timeshare.

The Grandview is a below average resort, the parking is atrocious, be prepared to park at south point. Not to mention but the staff is also a bit rude, I would never stay here again.

Great stay
This was away better stay for us than the smoke filled casino hotel we initially were looking at. Our son/daughter in law and grandson stayed in the adjoining room. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and 2 separate living areas.
