Worst experience ever had. Want to warn people not to use Kasa at all. This property was very unsafe. Everything done remotely, No way to secure door/unit internally. Had man enter unit and bedroom at 12:45 am somehow had code, luckily left. Someone in empty unit next to me opening drawers, walking through unit, using water, etc. a little later. Tried contacting Kasa immediately, could only email. Two men dressed in black with hoodies over heads running around parking lot looking into and around every car about half hour later. Tried contacting Kasa again. Didn't know if I should call police. No one to talk to. All I could do was email. Kasa rep responded only to email. No one from Kasa called police, only said contacted "property manager" who was supposed to contact me in the morning...never did. Kasa "trust and safety" rep called in morning. They did nothing else. Didn't offer to compensate me, didn't offer to house me at different hotel or location (only empty unit next to me), didn't call police, etc. Told them to make sure all of my personal information was deleted as their reservation confirmation stated would happen automatically. Trust and Safety rep said someone would contact me re that. Only received email wanting me to provide more PII which I would not do. Asked twice for someone to call me...never happened. Also, hadn't received "unique code" and no person to talk to upon check-in except going through phone system and then took very long to get to a person.
