Don't stay here
If I can give this hotel a negative star I would. I stayed overnight for a cheer competition. We arrived around 10pm. The hotel is rundown. You can smell the musty and dampness smell throughout the hotel. We stayed in room 312. There were mold around the tub, old repairs, tables were not cleaned, stains on the covers and windows were dirty. It was full of roaches. The front desk is not helpful. I have been calling for the past few days to talk to the manager. And I keep getting the runaround just to get a refund. My family was so disgusted that they were scared to eat the breakfast.

NEVER AGAIN
We were staying for Thanksgiving week and we know things can be hectic, but my son had a potty accident in the bed as we told the front desk they ignored us than ask house cleaning and just worried about the rooms they needed to go to so I just asked for the sheets and we would change them. So as we do they asked politely to leave them outside which we did but than the manager of house cleaning comes and starts yelling at me and my family asking why are these outside they shouldn’t be even off the bed which were the protected and the water sheet. I advise him that my 5year old had an accident and we were cleaning the bed. Then he screamed saying we were inconveniencing them in having to wash them and that he would be taking our deposit from us due to my 5years old accident. Knowing this we kept to ourselves and told them we will continue once we make our leave but room also didn’t have good airflow and didn’t work right and the sink in the bathroom leaked and we told them that as well never got a room change nothing for the inconvenience and never got back with us from the manager side.

There was a miscommunication between the maintenance manager Hector and the people at the lobby , because we had ask for an extra hour for the check out the next morning , and he was very rude with my son and kicked them out of their room , but I didn’t let him do the same with us , because I had talked to the guys at the lobby and they said that it was ok, it was a really bad expirience.

Horrible room. Bad odor. Low maintenance . No room service. Poor restroom quality. But the worst was the breakfast part. Juice machine not working, very few breakfast items which were out of stock at 8 am. Hotel staff not cooperative.
