It was nice
First impression was off. Walked in to a long term customer that apparently lives there screaming and swearing on the phone to police, scaring my child. The front desk guy was amazing and quick to take care of it. Then we went to our room and the door wouldn’t open, but the guy saw us on camera and raced to us and give us a different room. Room had a heater. It was freezing, but the front desk guy saved the day again and fixed it. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were terrible, the waffles and sausages decent.
Probably wouldnt stay there again, but honestly not a bad hotel, as long as they keep the guy who was on friday night. Customer aervice saves this place
