The hotel is fine, but unfortunately during this family vacation where we stayed in 4 rooms for 4 nights, we were never informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation and that there would be an enormous amount of noise in the rooms all day long. That is the main reason for the rating we’re giving. When we complained, they told us it wasn’t important to them because the hotel was going to change its name anyway. Customers should not be deceived like this. I find the situation extremely unfortunate. If we knew about this, we would have never stayed there. The breakfast, on the other hand, is the worst in the world.
The facilities are good and the rooms are good.
