I will never stay at this place again. I understand it’s not the Plaza hotel but the first room I got when I checked in was filthy, pee on the toilet seat, a horribly stained bed, the floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking on it for five minutes.
And when I asked for a room change, very politely I might add as I’m not that sort of person, the woman at the front desk yelled at me, saying I should’ve told her sooner and people were still coming, and eventually said I could get a room change in the morning. I even waited till afternoon to maybe make it easier and she rolled her eyes at me when I went to the front desk to get my room change.
Again, I understand it’s a motel, not the Ritz, but there should still be at least bare minimum standards, not to mention room service didn’t even come everyday, and the website says there’s breakfast included but there is no breakfast. I was overall extremely disappointed, and disgusted with this business.
