Not bad, but not sure we will return
Not a bad place to stay. It's a mid tier hotel. Hotel room was recently remodeled and was ADA compliant. The furniture is a little nicked but mostly in good shape.
The on site restaurant is decent but only for dinner in my opinion .Breakfast is just okay but it's free to guests so can't complain there.
My main complaint with this hotel is the lack of lighting in the room (4th floor). For example there is NO light whatsoever at the entrance. That is a first for me. The lack of proper lighting made i difficult to see anything in that section of the room. That can't be good for anyone with a disability.
My other complaint is the noise level. A guest in the room next door let their phone alarm go for an hour at the highest possible volume from around 5am to 6am. Naturally our sleep was disrupted. We asked an employee at the front desk to see if maybe it was a hotel alarm clock (unfortunately it was the guests phone.) The employee seemed only mildly concerned but it was the janitor sent to our room to confirm there are no alarm clocks in hotel rooms anymore was kind and apologized. He exhibited more customer service than the front desk employee we dealt with that day. Other than that, everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional.
