Way out of date sandman
I feel like key card elevators in a small place like lethbridge is absurd. It’s inconvenient and sometimes takes a few tries to work. The hotel is also extremely outdated. The sandman hotels I’ve stayed in before were up to date and keep up with current needs for guests. This hotel looks like it’s falling apart. A friend came over and they said they hadn’t been to this hotel in over 15 years and it still looks exactly the same. That’s not a good thing to me. Upgrades should have been done years ago. Flies and ladybugs were always in my washroom despite the window never being open. The ceiling looked disgusting like there was water damage years ago and it never got fully fixed to look more aesthetically appealing. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because hotel staff were lovely and my bed was comfortable enough. I just wish I stayed in a place that felt more like a hotel instead of a motel
