A very relaxing and chilled hotel despite being right next to the Yumbo centre. Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile to greet you with. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. From the frontdesk to the restaurant and pool, very lovely warm people. The rooms are outdated and there aren’t any amenities in the bathrooms, you only get towels. When staying here make sure you book a room with pool view or you will be looking at other building sides.

Arrived late evening at hotel and staff had kept a cold platter for me to have for dinner as the dinner service had ended (which was really thoughtful of them). Rooms and clean and modern. Shower pressure is amazing (best I have had in a hotel). Food at breakfast and dinner good. No complaints.

Great hotel
Had a great few days staying here. Room was very clean and the bar/pool area have a nice atmosphere, and are surprisingly quite quiet considering the proximity to the Yumbo. Food was of good quality - personally I preferred the a la carte lunch at the pool bar to the buffet, although that was still good (especially the desserts!). I would definitely stay again in future.
