The staff was very personable & helpful. My room was very clean. It was very centrally located. It was safe. I did miss a fridge though. And the locckbox was out of service.

The room was size wise was good. Bathroom was too small. Our shower was plug. At the moment of check out was nobody at the counter so, we left the key and controllers at the counter.

People are very kind, helpful. If you want a big resort, this isn’t for you, but if you want a clean place to stay across the street from the ocean, this is it, you are in the middle of everything, walking distance to everything. We had a private room with a large balcony. I stay last week and am headed back Wednesday for the rest of my trip. I love the island , the waters are absolutely beautiful, the locals are great.

You’d be better off sleeping on the beach. Absolutely terrible. Front desk lady is one of the worst parts of the trip. I read the reviews and thought ehhh maybe people are picky. No really heed the warning and DONT stay. Can’t emphasize enough- DONT STAY
Robin, 6-night trip

We just needed to unexpectedly crash for one night. This did the trick. It is close to everything we needed, AC and shower were working and it was OK for the price. It is very clean. We did not have hight expectations for 60USD/night.

5 days I stay in the second floor with balcony I feel the hotel it was OK for the price Close to everything !, definitely things to improve 1 Hot water 2 table And chairs in the room 3 maybe free coffee in the morning 4 it’s missing the welcome to mexico feeling 5 It’s not box safe in the room n working condition 6 redesign the Bathroom for More Space 7 In general is a OK place to stay for a budget trip

Isla Mijeres
We booked 3 nights and had to move out after the first night. The room was very small but clean. The biggest problem was the balcony as the door wouldn’t open. Also there was a solid 5 foot solid wall for the railing The tv didn’t work. When we asked at the front desk if we could move & the clerk said “no” The housekeeper said there was a room for us to move to

The safe on our room wasn’t attached to anything, you could literally pick it up off the shelf and walk out with it.
Samantha, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location accuracy is bad. I was unable to walk so the attendant changed our booking to a first floor room which is really great!
Dante, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not be fooled by the pictures... unortunately it was not as great as it seemed. PROS: Close Proximity to Ferry, Restaurants and Playa Norte CONS: The rooms were very close to each other and you could hear babies crying, banging and slamming of doors -Bathroom was extremely small- barely enough room to sit down in toilet -bathroom had a very bad smell - like sewage -A piece of hair was found under bed sheets -The room had only 1 bed, there was no chairs or small table
Kliti, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Didnt like that there was only enough water for 1 person to shower. Had to use bottles of water for husband to shower. Other than that no complaints
Claudia, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not stay in this hotel. There was no water in the hotel entire period of the time we stayed in there. Went to the beach and came back with wet clothes and no water to shower, or toilet can’t be used either. Such a horrible experience. Had to buy 5 water bottles each at $5 just to get by. Ughhhhh.

2/10 Poor

Toilet didnt flush. Shower with cold water.

2/10 Poor

This property is located within walking distance of all the attractions on the north end. That’s all I can say good. The rooms are certainly not what is pictured. Very uncomfortable bed, only provided with a sheet. No blanket or quilt. Only given 2 towels for a 6 day stay. Requested new towels 2 days before we were given towels with holes all in them. No wash cloth or floor mat. Cold showers as well. I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Camille, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

The property was inexpensive at $110 CAD a night, it was clean & the staff responsive when I asked for a blanket (there were only sheets) & toilet paper. It was close to the beach & restaurants. The pictures are not representative of the space. It is very small & some of the lights do not work. One morning we had no water & the next - just cool water however at least we could shower. Our view was of a cement wall however we did have a balcony.
Karen, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was extremely small, almost cruise ship size. The only window that opened was to a communal hallway so it couldn't be used. No matter how many times we asked for our room to be cleaned, it was only done 4 times in 10 days. There is not a single chair in the hotel in case you wanted to sit down. If you happen to be on Isla Mujeres and needed a place for 1 night it would be ok, but if you are staying for any lenght of time there are many better options available.
Patrick, 9-night trip

4/10 Fair

The only nice thing was drinking water in the lobby. Room smelled toxic, like sewer entire time. Beds are full size, hard. All linens stained. No shampoo body wash, just one bar soap. No hair dryer, no bathroom shelf like advertised. Sliding glass outside to little balcony but you can see the outside. Most Electrical outlets do not work. Very noisy especially when raining, the rain guards create so much noise. One sheet to cover. False advertising!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Low price is not worth it. Place is filthy. Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty towels. Front desk tried to say it was oxidization, but other hotels in area that I’ve stayed at don’t have this issue. Pictures on web not accurate at all. Rooms are tiny, with absolutely no amenities. Place is cheap and location is great, but that’s the only good thing. Inoperable bathrooms. No manager on site to address issues. Place was inhabitable and hotel refused to refund our money without us being able to stay one night of our 5 night booking.
Audrey, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good except for flooded room
We were pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick, the room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable with pillow top mattresses. They were firm beds. The bathroom is a good size. The shower is large, and has a big modern "rain" type shower head. There is very little space around the sink to put your toiletries, but there is a lower shelf below it. HOT water, but it takes a couple minutes for it to get through, and great water pressure. Almost too much in the sink, which would splash us almost every time. Hahaha. The closet is a decent size and included a safe which we did not use. We were there for 8 days and did not require maid service, so can not comment on that. Do Not Disturb sign is our friend. Our room was not tiny as others described. There were big sliding glass windows out to a small deck, although the stucco walls around the deck were too high to see over, so no view. Based on the building, it appears that only the 4 rooms at the front of the building would have one. There is a single plug outlet each on the outer side of the bed, and a double at the inner side over the nightstand. All worked. No coffee maker, mini fridge or microwave. Spanish music at the establishment across the street can be heard from noon to midnight. Each time it rains, your room floods with about an inch of water, and covers most of the floor. We had to slosh around for 3 days of our visit. It comes in through the sliding glass doors. Each guest we spoke to said same
