I was unable to call for the free airport shuttle because I did not have a Swedish phone. I would have liked to arrange the shuttle ahead of time by email. There was a hefty extra fee for early check in. The hotel is very isolated. There were no resturants, shops, parks or any other places nearby to wait for check in time. Waiting in the lobby wasn't appealing, nor was waiting in the parking lot. Early check in fee was cheaper then a return trip via taxi to the city to wait until official check in time. The bed headboard was stained with? The ceiling in the shower had brown stuff on it. On the plus side it was very close to Arlanda Airport and the breakfast was very good.

Affordable airport hotel located a10 minute drive from Arlanda airport Stockholm Sweden. Friendly staff, clean simple rooms, great breakfast, good restaurant. Not really within walking distance of the airport, but the hotel has several shuttle vans available. When you arrive at Arlanda, call the hotel and they’ll send a shuttle van, when you check in let them know if and when you want a ride to Arlanda. I’ve stayed there twice. There’s a large long term parking lot next to the hotel, which could be good if you arrive in your car. But also makes it less scenic.

The initial contact on the phone with reception was not very nicer pleasing. My previous emails were not responded to and calling was a real challenge. The shuttle service was very difficult to find information on and then the return to the airport via a shuttle was also challenging. The drivers did not assist with putting suitcases in the back and for me as a 73-year-old with hip problems that was challenging. As was where I was told to sit in the van and I struggled to get there again without any help from the driver. The accommodations were okay. But this was the very first time on our trip in three different countries where staff was less than friendly

The Mercedes van for shuttling between the hotel and the airport is the cleanest I’ve ever seen on the inside and outside. The hotel room is reasonably priced but it is not close to any supermarket, shopping or other amenities. The hotel serves mainly to link to the airport.

Beautiful location, easy access to the airport!
Just a quick overnight to catch an early flight. Great price, great accommodation, lovely restaurant, very close to the airport with a free shuttle, friendly staff. We had a very relaxing last night in Sweden at this hotel. Tucked away in a lovely treed area, felt as though we were at a getaway retreat location. Would stay again.

While this hotel is not on the main strip or close to shopping etc, it was perfect for our 1 night stay. The room was clean and fully stocked. The front lobby staff was helpful and polite. I'm very happy that I chose to spend the night here before going on to a friend's in Stockholm. The service of being picked up at the airport is really great. The driver Madeline was very nice The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice to have an extensive,varied and delicious buffet breakfast after having eaten airplane and airport food for the last 2 days. The beds are super comfortable as are the pillows along with wonderful fresh linens and towels . All of this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
