"Great getaway for a night out!"

"I booked the reservation but I did not stay at the hotel. I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family medical emergency. The Hotel charged me $245.70 for the cancellation. The reservation was made through Expedia with a purchased protection plan, stating 100% refund for cancellation. When I attempted to get a refund, both the Hotel and Expedia 'fingerpointed" at each other about who is responsible for the refund. In the end I never got the refund. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Rusty tub, no secure latch on door, old furniture, mudty room a d hotel, trash in hallway, unclean, bed wasn't properly made and didn't prevent leaving reptiles under it. Price was too high for a name brand hotel that is of poor quality!!"
