"The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!"

"Convenient location. Expert helpful organized staff, comfortable clean safe room next to the roaring river, nice hot breakfast before visiting Machu Picchu. Happily stored my luggage until my train that afternoon. Fabulous hot shower not to be missed.
