"It is a beautiful and wonderful historic hotel on canals. The room was excellent but, maybe, a little too little cupboard space for travellers who might be travelling through Europe with their luggage. However, it is sufficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good. The hotel has a lot of character and is very cosy. Definitely a place to stay in beautiful Delft."

A handwritten note and some sweets were placed on my bed, and that's always a nice start. The spa area was very nice but i noticed a few guests going straight into the pool without washing themselves.. that's never a good thing. "A unique hotel with a beautiful garden and a restaurant that serves excellent food and service. The rooms are all unique, clean and with very comfortable beds. There’s walking distance in to town and the area around is nice and quiet. "

"The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things.
