"I was expecting more of the hotel as I read a review where they were amazing. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. We had an incident where one of the staff address my husband as if he was a homeless just because he was working at 2 am on the lobby making business calls. Maybe it was language barrier but he use the wrong word as it was obvious my husband was not homeless as he was well dress and working. Other than that it was really good, everyone else were really nice."

It is very convenient for amenities like cafes, restaurants and a grocery store right in the mall. Rooms are super clean and modern, with great views of Shinagawa. It is also in a very convenient location between Haneda airport and all the major tourist attractions in Tokyo."
