Ein kleines, wunderbares, sauberes Hotel in der Mitte von Allem. Vielleicht nicht die allerneuste Ausstattung und an einer Ecke fehlt mal Farbe... Aber diese Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals habe ich in 8 Jahren mit wirklich vielen, vorwiegend dienstlichen, Hotelaufenthalten selten erlebt. Elsa hat uns begrüßt, als wären wir dort zu Hause und hat uns bei Planung der weiteren Reise vermocht aus der Patsche zu helfen. Ich würde mich freuen in jedem Hotel eine Elsa zu haben und komme sehr gerne wieder.

If you want a hotel that's well priced but doesn't compromise on quality, this is the place. The service was five star in terms of attention and care, and the rooms were well maintained. After days of travel, we tried the in house spa and were blown away by how professional and calming it was. The massage rooms were quiet and well scented, and the service was top notch. It was the perfect way to recharge before heading our to explore the bustling streets. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several warm dishes and fresh fruits. Add to that a delicious breakfast and kind staff, we really couldn't ask for more

I came to Hanoi for a quick business trip and chose this hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The staff made me check in smooth and even gave me helpful tips on navigating the old quarter. I was able to walk to my meetings, grab great food nearby, and return to a quiet and clean room at the end of the day. The wi-fi was strong, the workspace in the room was convenient, and breakfast always gave me a good start. I especially enjoy sitting outside in the evening when the street became lively with food vendors. The atmosphere was fantastic! I'll definitely chose this hotel again for future work trips

This was my second time staying here. I stayed last year and had a such a great experience that I knew exactly where to book when coming back to Hanoi. I was pleasantly surprised when whey offered me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a balcony. That small gesture made me feel so valued as a returning guest. Our room was spotless and well equipped and we appreciated the free daily bottled of water, coffee and tea, Everything else remained perfected: the friendly staff, the clean and quiet room, and the delicious breakfast. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distances, local coffees, street food, the lake and even train street. The room was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse for a boutique hotel. We loved the daily rotation of hot dishes and the strong Vietnamese coffee. What stood out the most was the thoughtful service. Every questions we had was answered with care, and we always felt like the staff truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We'll definitely come back

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights and one of the highlights of my stay was the incredible support from Elsa at the front desk. She was warm, professional and always had a solution ready. Whether it was helping me book a last minute tour to Ha Long Bay, calling a taxi, or giving me directions to local street food, Elsa made me feel completely at ease in a new city. The hotel itself is spotless and located just a few minutes walk from all the tip sights in the old quarter. The hotel's level of service is on par with any 5 star hotel I've stayed in, and I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi now. Elsa, thank you for making my stay perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Henry helped us book tours to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and everything was perfectly arranged. The Sapa tour was amazing, with a well planned itinerary and a great local guide. The Ha Long Bay cruise was also top-notch, with stunning views and excellent service. After returning from our tours, we treated ourselves to the hotel’s spa, which was exactly what we needed. The therapists were professional, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Henry at the front desk was exceptional, he helped us plan our itinerary, book transportation, and even surprised us with a small gift for our anniversary. I had done some research online beforehand, and I’m so glad I decided to go with their recommendation. The guide was friendly and patient even when I was running a few minutes late, he waited without any complaints. The boat was clean and beautiful, and the lunch provided was fresh and tasty. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service and well-arranged tours, this is definitely the place to stay!

In the old town of Hanoi, this hotel is close to the main touristic attraction. The staff is really nice and welcome. it was a perfect stay.
