The place was good for location, but the stuff had little to no English was hard to communicate, the breakfast option was very poor no effort really for the money we paid. Also for some reason they had a very strong lemon spray every time they clean was so strong that I couldn’t sleep at night !!!! Advice don’t use it in the room or use less :)

This is not a 4 star hotel, it is rooms in an appartment house. It was very difficult to find since there was no signs outside. Staff at check-in was not there when we arrived. We had to wait 20 min and when staff finally arrived it was big problems to communicate because lack of skills in english language.

I arrived Aug 26 at 6pm and was welcomed by Antonio. Very sweet man. I found it clean, 9 minute walk to main square which was amazing. Close to mini market. I found them welcoming. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again. Thank you Vhome

Great location , really nice shower . But their was a dirty folder when we checked into our room which indicated to me that it wasn’t clean . I threw it out and it was out the next day . The ir were stains on the top sheet of the bed , the hotel used flat sheets and under was a mattress protector with stains and hair . Overall we had a pleasant stay , and enjoyed the location and staff kindness . Also they charge a cash tax at the end of your stay . So have money available.

Upon arrival we were very confused where to go do to lack of signage, residential apartment complexes. Found the reception on the 3rd floor. No one there, spent 5 minutes and called the number? No one answered. Came back 10 minutes later and was warm greeted by Laura (sp?) The room was clean, well appointed and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Beware of construction on the east side.

Firstly, we booked the hotel and found out when we got there it was the same as a 3 star hotel, which is the floor we were put on. You could hear people in other rooms, the room was very bright (nothing other than light curtain over sliding doors), they didn’t clean well between days, we had stains on our pillow cases, and the shower knob was broken. They stuck a wood screw in the handle that you had to push up and down to turn it on and off and couldn’t change the temperature with. The drain also didn’t drain so you’d be standing in a pool of water 2 minutes into your shower. The lid to the garbage was also broken. The website also said it had laundry but it did not. It did have a nice view, and was in a good location, and the breakfast was pretty good, so we were happy with that, but that’s about it.

We wouldn’t stay here again. We got there and we were instantly confused about where the room is. It’s in an apartment building with a bunch of other places. When we finally got into our room, the first thing we noticed was how dirty it was. There was a giant stain on the top bed sheets (a c*m stain). There was mold growing in the bathtub and shower head. Also, the next morning we went to shower and there was NO hot water! We tried the sink and the shower and both didn’t have hot water. We were disappointed with this stay.
