L'Isle de Leos is a fairly new hotel and spa in I'Isle sur la Sorgue and it is spectacular. The property, the staff, the spa, and the location are perfect. It's an easy walk to everywhere in this beautiful village, and after a busy day shopping the many antique shops along the quai, the spa is exceptional with a heated pool, multiple water therapies, dry and steam saunas, an "ice room," and a very cool water "gauntlet" with varying temperatures flooding you as you walk through. While we did not dine in the hotel restaurant (a somewhat limited menu), the breakfast is worth waking up for. Highly recommended!

Charming hotel still in startup mode

We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running.

The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The food in the bar was basic and the flies present in the lobby made for an uncomfortable eating experience. Overall would give it 8/10

Room was nice however, many useless light switches. Very confusing. As far as staff, had an issue parking the car. Pulled into the hotel and the valet guys just watched us and never came over to greet us. We thought maybe we had the wrong hotel or spot so we pulled away to reconfirm with the GPS. Came back to the hotel after realizing everything was correct. Upon first getting to room, we discovered there was a welcome package, which included a lovely note and two bottles of water. After reading the letter, we noticed one of the bottles already opened and water missing. We notified the valet when he brought up our bags and said he would get it replaced. He never came back and needed to call the front. It wasn’t until we headed out to dinner that we stopped by the front desk. Only after the fourth attempt did they correct. Then the evening before checking out, we asked the front if we could have a later out (1pm) rather than the 12pm. Again, no one got back to us. The day we were leaving o stoped by the desk since one got back to us and they informed us they would get back to us but could do a 12:30 but possible 12:45. They said they would call and once again didn’t follow through. Great hotel, centrally located but communication is terrible. Not up to speed and good customer service.

Todos os funcionários foram excelentes com exceção de uma mocinha morena que estava no domingo dia 11/10 que fez cara de quem não estava com paciência para mim. A única coisa que não boa, foi a cama. O colchão estava muito afundado de um lado e me deu dor nas costas. O restante foi excelente.

Excellent séjour, personnel à l’écoute et très disponible. Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec des produits de qualité. Literie et équipements de la chambre haut de gamme. La piscine est un peu petite pour le standing de l’hôtel mais cela va avec l’architecture et les possibilités matérielles.

La struttura situata al limite del villaggio, molto comoda per muoversi! La camera bella, spaziosa, pulita Materasso molto comodo! L’Hotel è grande, col spazio per la colazione, pranzo/cena,bar/coctail. C’è anche una spa e piccola piscina. Cosa non va: Non esiste uno spazio all’aperto dove potersi rilassare, leggere un libro ecc…. La piscina poi è piccola, infossata ed i lettini sono vicinissimi l’uno all’altro non consentendo un minimo di intimità! Poi se fa molto caldo non c’è un minimo d’aria!

O hotel é impecável, td novinho, o banheiro maravilhoso, os lençóis e toalhas maravilhosos. A localização ñ poderia ser melhor, o café da manhã completíssimo e mtooo bom! Lindo o hotel!!! Nossa diária incluia o café da manhã, ao chegar no hotel eu confirmei. Ao sair a atendente, mtoo jovem, insistiu que o café ñ estava incluido, explicamos que estava e ainda assim insistiu e peguntou qtos dias teríamos tomada. Só após eu insistir ela concordou e encontrou o erro. Sei que errar é normal, mas ela ñ aceitou ir verificar. Fez questão de ser incisiva. Mas depois td foi resolvido
