Decepção!
Esperavamos muito, mas muito mais! Achamos o hotel pouco cuidado. Acho que nunca passou por alguma reforma. O serviço de manobrista, terceirizado segundo o hotel, caro e com pessoas nem um pouco simpáticas. Chegamos no hotel às 15h mas só conseguimos ir para o quarto às 15:40, mesmo o check-in do hotel ser a partir das 14h. Não haviam quartos limpos disponíveis. Fomos com nosso Pet e já nos cobraram uma taxa adicional mais cara(R$135) do que anunciada no site do próprio hotel(R$120). E durante toda a estadia não entregaram nenhum dos “mimos” que está anunciado no site. A piscina coberta, não tinha a condição nenhuma de entrar. O café da manhã bem meia boca! E lotado. Uma confusão pareciam que era a última da vida. Enfim, há hotéis muito mais aconchegantes e com estrutura mais nova, pelo mesmo preço.

Muitos problemas importantes de manutenção nas instalações q foram recorrentemente reportados e corrigidos apenas depois de subir de tom com a gerência. Sanitário e pias entupidas, banheira de hidromassagem sem funcionar. Para uma suíte superior, o serviço foi realmente muito ruim e o hotel não buscou qualquer forma de compensação. Oferecer uma troca de quarto em outra ala e andar na última noite é solução de quem não pensa no conforto do hóspede que teria que arrumar todos os pertences para movimentação
