Not as expected!!
First off when we got there we could not check-in (and it was 3pm which is check-in time). So we waited until a room was available. They ended giving us a room, but it was not the room that we booked. We had to settle for lesser room. Once we did get to the room, we noticed mold in the bathroom around the tub area and also covering the ceiling. The beds were full size and we were expecting queen size like most hotels. I’m not sure why a hotel would ever have full/double beds. The place is desperately overdue for a remodel. We come to Lake Charles at least once a year and we do not ever plan on staying here in the future.

The bathroom was in need of re-modeling. The shower was weak and produced very little water. The appliances were outdated and struggled to function properly. The price point was a little high for the quality we received. We will select different accommodations when we visit the area again.
