poor service
After booking and paying I advised them that the booking was for someone else. I give them the reference number and guest name and number. I had a confirmed booking. I was then told that they have no availability and they’re going to move me to another place. Not even asking. Then I had to explain 4 times that it’s not for me and the date of the booking and repeated my message over and over for the guest’s details. It’s like the person I dealt with either doesn’t read or comprehend what I was saying. Incredibly frustrating
