A good hotel for a short stay. Clean, quiet (although we were way up in the 5th floor, so no street noise), and comfortable rooms. The reception is closed in the middle of the day which makes it difficult to leave your luggage if you need that. It was nice to be close to the train station.

Pictures a bit misleading, but still good value
Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

Ok stay, but it’s in need of updating
The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space. However, it was in much need of updates. It’s very old. Many of the lamps were half missing. The floor was stained everywhere. The staff and location are great. If you use the parking garage, beware! It’s very difficult to get out if you have a larger vehicle

Left my stuff in storage apparently the only other person to enter after me didn’t rummage throw my stuff and steal from me. Staff tried to make me seem like I was the idiot in the situation her poo service if they did this in storage I would watch for your valuables in your room. No help no offer of some sort of here is a deal or money off your stay we regret something to keep a customer. It sucks being gaslight. Come here at your own risk

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

Dégueulasse
Franchement seul point positif, l'emplacement plein centre. Tout le reste à mettre à la poubelle, mais vraiment tout. Cet hôtel construit en 2009 n'a jamais été rénové ni même un coup de peinture. Les fenêtres laissent entrer l'air, aucune isolation ni thermique ni phonique. Dernier étage il faisait très froid et les petites climatisations ne suffisaient pas à chauffer le logement tellement il y'avait de déperditions de chaleur entre les menuiseries et le toit sûrement très mal isolé. Les moquettes du couloir sont horriblement sales, des tâches de partout. La chambre avec 2 lits superposés doit faire 5 m2 et n'a pas de fenêtre. Les joints noirs de la baignoire, les moisissures ne nous ont pas incité à nous doucher, première fois de toute ma vie que je ne profite pas d'une bonne douche chaude à l'hôtel. Je vous laisse imaginer. Cet hotel devrait être fermé pour manquement à la propreté et à l'hygiène.
