Wonderful location - about 20-25min walk to the center of SanRemo, along the waterfront. Small beach nearby. Parking onsite. Great view from the room; AC working well; quiet good size bedroom and bathroom (updated). Good breakfast with delicious cappuccino! Great service with a smile. This is one of those places where you turn up and think, back in its heyday it must have been stunning. The staff are friendly and make a real effort. It’s still good value and once it’s had a lick of paint and a little fixing it will be wonderful
