Excellent
Best beds during a month long trip. Easy to walk out the door and find transit to get all over the city. Convenient location, near Powells and a great thai place, Thai Peacock.

Great location!
We were travelling for a month, I wish I'd checked what the mattresses were cause it was the most comfortable sleep the entire trip! Great location! Mediocre breakfast but at least I got coffee.

Our stay was amazing and perfect for the one night. It was nice and cozy and close to a lot of places. The only thing was trying to figure out how to work the heat but they were very responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay again.

Make it clearer about the separate shower
I think it could’ve been clearer that the bathrooms aren’t attached to some rooms. I wasn’t expected to show up and have a dormitory style hotel. It made it feel like a hostel for me.

Broken glass in shower. No amenity refresh availab
There was a sliver of broken glass in the shower basin that cut my foot. I had to use extra towels trying to get the glass out and was told they coupdnt provide more towels through the self service app.

Awful
Terrible hotel. Old room; old sink in bedroom separate from bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. U wouldn’t recommend this place. Breakfast? Coffee; banana; yogurt; tiny muffin and cereal. 👎

Fine But Too Quirky For Me
This place was absolutely fine. It had the basic accommodations of any hotel room that you'd expect. The water in the shower/sink both got hot and the bed was fine. That being said - having stayed a week as a couple on vacation - I am shocked this place has such a high customer rating. It was poorly insulated for both sound and temperature, it would stay humid in the room for the whole day after we both showered in the morning, we were directly above both a primary bus and one of the light rail trains, and the side tables for the bed were tiny and covered in the hotel's radio, white noise machine, and power strip (which then left no room for things to plug in). The chairs for the table were small (we're both about 200#) and while they were strong they were super uncomfortable. Finally, I have NO IDEA where people got free breakfast. There was absolutely no food available to us in any capacity at any point. There was water in the lobby. There was an attached coffee shop (that is in no way included or free, although it was lovely). The place was cute and "quirky", but I would never stay here again when two blocks away is a standard chain 3 star hotel that at least would be sound and temperature insulated.

poorly lit
the lighting in the closet/coffee maker area and bathroom are ridiculous! Are these 25W???? unable to read coffee/tea flavors much less make any in the dark space. We accidentally left the light on in the the bathroom overnight and had no idea it was on until we tried to turn it on in the morning

New owners. Took over the hotel Changed name from Aceto the Clyde. They said all check in would be virtual - no humans on site - not good. Had to send dr res photo and take selfies and send the- strange. In the end there was a support person at the front desk

The heat didn't work! The room shown online looked NOTHING like what we got! Our beds were just a mattress on a two-inch plywood base, and I swear the shower had some mildew! The elevator smelt of urinal cakes, and when we went to the front desk we were advised to go to the "Virtual Front Desk" who everwhat ever that is USELESS!!!
