The location is great; Machne Yehuda, and the Old City, and the tram line just outside the door, not far from the Rail station...
The hotel is situated above a bar/restaurant, and music kept me up until midnight (not a problem), but the neighboring construction started daily at 730-8am. No way to sleep, except between those times :)
The hotel has small rooms. They are functional and sufficient. If you've stayed in Paris, this is what you get.
The gifts are nice (wine, chocolate) in the room, which lightens the spirit.
The breakfast consists of vouchers for four neighboring restaurants. One is great, others are OK. The free coffee in the hotel lobby is nice.
In general, they do the best they can, but the noise is challenging and the rooms are small. Still, it gets an "OK" from me.
