My recent stay at The Westin, Goa was an absolute disaster. The hotel staff, specifically Gaurang and Radhika from the reservations department, were incredibly unhelpful and made my stay a complete nightmare.
From the beginning of my stay, I encountered problems with my reservations. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my needs and preferences to Gaurang and Radhika, they failed to accommodate my requests, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.
When I tried to speak with Gaurang and Radhika about my issues, they were dismissive and condescending, showing no concern for my comfort or well-being. Their poor communication skills and lack of professionalism made it impossible to resolve any of my issues, leaving me with a terrible impression of the hotel and its staff.
In addition to the unhelpful and unprofessional staff, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was moldy, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I felt as though my concerns were ignored and my needs were not taken seriously.
The hotel amenities were also a disappointment. The pool was small and unclean, and the gym was poorly equipped. The food was mediocre, and the prices were exorbitant.
Overall, my stay at The Westin, Goa was a complete disaster, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff, particularly Gaurang and Radhika, were unhelpful and unprofessional, and the hotel amenities were disappointing. Save yourself the hass
