Great location in Gerome
Great location. Just mins walk to the main stretch of the Gerome and walkable to many sites if you are willing to walk. Not as high up and steep climb up so suitable for families. We had a great view of the entire city which looks amazing at night when the city lit up. We were there in winter hence the roof top patio with the carpets and pillows werent set up else it will be magical. Staff are friendly and helpful - both at reception and at the breakfast area

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options and staff were always readily available. Cleaning ladies were amazing and so friendly. Bellboy Furqaan and Receptionist Farhan were very helpful. One downside of the hotel is that the rooms were incredibly dusty and this did affect my asthma. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom so it can get very steamy / smelly in the room. I spoke to the manager and he just said write it down in your review so that the bosses and management can do something about it. The hotel is close to the blue mosque and haghia Sophia by 5-10mins walk. Rooftop views are breathtaking! Loved my stay here, Thankyou and I hope the dust and ventilation issue is resolved before we book again.

Overall a good experience, but one of the staff was unkind. The older gentleman at the front desk. His attitude was cold. I think because we were 2 males. He had homophobic vibes. Amazing location. Great hotel. Really cannot fault it at all during our 5 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Furkan the bellboy (unsure of spelling) went over and above to help us. Only 5 min walk to main attractions and main street. Very clean with maid service every day. Would definitely recommend arcadia blue.

Amazing view from the upstairs restaurant. The evening view is spectacular. The hotel is a very short walk to many of the historic sites. The front desk staff were helpful. They went out of their way to check on our airport transportation to make sure we were on time for our flight.

The staff especially Emir and Ahmet have made our stay very safe and comfortable. It’s our first holiday out of our country and we were very pleased with their service. We have been guided well and the hotel is placed perfectly near restaurants, malls, transport, ATMs, mosques, supermarkets. Easy access to everything.
