The staff are excellent!!!! Alex and Alejandro go above and beyond to make you feel special. Everyone is so friendly here. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The property itself was great. Food was mediocre at best. Actually worst all-inclusive food we've experienced. One member of our party got dysentery from eating raw food which we've never experienced before. Pools are very nice. Entertainment staff were fun. It's not a place we would stay again simply because of food--you can do better.
