Reservation but no room available
When I arrived, the clerk acted shocked that I thought I had a reservation. He was rather rude and said the only room not rented didn't have heat or AC. I was actually relieved that they did not have any rooms left because the place looked really rough.

The Expedia booking I made wasn’t in their computer due to loss of WiFi from the hurricane. Leaving myself and 6 children figuring out where to sleep at 11 pm.
