Staff was very nice and helpful. We called the front desk about roaches around our refrigerator. We were moved to another room which was clean and bug free. Room was nice but had a couple of things that should be fixed (loose toilet paper holder and a hole in the wall in the bathroom where a fixture used to be). Loved the location. Everything you would need is close by. If you love coffee Jet Coffee was fantastic!

There was a loud tailgating party in the parking lot, but when I called the front desk at 11pm, they immediately went outside and asked for the music to be turned down, which was nice.
