Have stayed many times, staff is exceptional, facility is always adding ways for the kids to enjoy. Some of the park items are showing their age kiddie pool jetskies, and spray bars and such, nothing terrible just heavy use. We come several time's a year with our two and they always love it!

I had to go to the front desk FIVE TIMES for the card to work and then on our last day, with a significant balance remaining on the card, they wouldn’t allow us to use it. I don’t recommend gift cards from this location.

After asking staff member questions about how to get around the park, they could not answer our questions because they said they do not know. Great wolf needs to hire staff that know about the park.
