Cheap but not very clean...
It's a nice enough hotel but everything is dirty. I had to get fresh sheets and pillows. No bugs or anything but a vacuum and broom and some cleaning supplies would go a long way to make this hotel more desirable.

What should you expect for 50 bucks?
The hotel is quite shabby. The room was clean, but in a state of disrepair. There was a quarter inch gap between the window panes letting in cold air. Fortunately, the heater was able to keep up with it. The stopper in the bathroom sink was stuck so water wouldn't drain. There was no hot water in the shower.

Scalping trend catching steam
This hotel implements a $20 cash fee for extending your stay beyond what you originally book through the app, when you go to refresh your room key. If you book one night and its thirty minutes before checkout, you cannot extend your stay through the app without paying a $20 cash fee for any reason. Ridiculous rule. Not even the cheapest place in town. Nobody is ever attending the desk here either. Sink clogged, maintenance man banging on things outside your door first thing in the morning. Most ridiculous aspect is the $20 fee. Must be all that annoying paperwork getting in the way. I'm out.

Merry Christmas stuck in Fargo nightmare
When we checked in the lobby and halls didn’t look at all like the pictures. It’s so gross and then it says on the wall if we want to borrow cleaning supplies we can but they are out right now. The hotel stinks our room doesn’t have a deadbolt it’s like missing and random people knocked on our door. Then after I already paid and put my kids in the room someone showed me video proof of roaches infestation (over 20) in the rooms from 2 days prior and a recorded video of the front desk staff said that they know they have them and it was because of Mexicans bringing them in…. Nahhh it’s your nasty ass hotel. I don’t care how bad the roads are I’m leaving to go back to Minot now!!! Shut this place down! You knew about it and your still booking people and children into these rooms gross

Very basic, but clean room.
Price was cheap, very basic room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. This motel also rents by the week and the by the month, and might provide transitional housing. There was frozen dog feces outside of the exterior doors, one was covered up with rice, the only exterior door that was clean was the main lobby. I also noticed regular patrols by the local police in they cars going through the lot and around the buildings. Throughout the evening it sounded like someone was knocking on my door when they were knocking on the neighbor or the on across the hall.

Worst place of my life.
The manager was the only one working, didn’t even tell me how to get to my room. He was very rude. After I paid at hotels.com he also charged me $.01 the room was being redone or something. There were nails sticking out of the walls. The fridge was froze over with blood in it. Lamps were on the beds. No coffee table. Headboards leaning on the wall, 62 degrees F, there were drugs in the shower and trim leaning on the toilet, garbage in the sink. It was a scary creepy room and had no lock. Smelled of mold and mildew. When I called for knew room there was no answer. When I went to get a different room it was the last room. I don’t think they should be selling that on hotels.com
