It was quite simple, but clean and comfortable.
However, the room on the ground floor lacked a proper window, which made being in the room a lot less pleasant.
The real downside was the "service" at breakfast. In theory, a relatively good variety would have been provided, but the person responsible to breakfast basically did not fill up anything once it had run out, and even for basic things like hot water had to be reminded repeatedly.
On the positive side again, there is a small shop right around the corner, the center of Wollaston is within walking distance, as is Wollaston T station and the way leads through a nice neighborhood.
