Disappointing Stay
We had a very disappointing stay this time as we usually stay at this hotel when we visit the Niagara Falls region. There was no cable TV available and we ended up finding bed bugs in the morning. When I notified the management when we checked out they were very concerned and assured me that senior management will be notified. Later during the day in the afternoon management called me and apologized and that they were taking this very serious and will be rectifying the the problem. I was impressed that they called me the same day and I am hoping that this was a rare occurrence as this hotel is in a great location and in the past there service was much better and the units much cleaner. I may give it another chance when I visit in the near future.
