"The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. Commercial area and bakery around the hotel. Super! I will use it always now!"

"A stopover in the heart of the ancient town of Laon. Beautiful location in the old square facing the magnificent cathedral. Charming and friendly staff welcomed us and explained parking which was locked and a short walk. Able to unload outside Logis. Room charming and very comfortable while keeping it quaintness. Very nice restaurant and had delicious dinner and breakfast"

"The beds were very good, however we needed to use the soap in the shower for Wash our hands, that became a bit complicated with two children. Also, the only trashcan was a small one in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine with a nice selection. However, the juice machine was very slow. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The hotel is located close to the Reims centre train station. It was great if you are traveling by train. Very walkable location - great dining options. We arrived earlier, so we had to store our luggage at the hotel till the check in time at 3. The room was smaller than we expected, but very clean. The shower stall was very small too. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very friendly."

The room was not as advertised and we had a creaky and very uncomfortable sofa bed rather than an actual double. The room was not the same as the one in the pictures and that’s despite emailing to confirm. The mosquitos in the room were troublesome and you could see squashed ones in the bathroom.
