STAY AWAY, this is a nightmare
after staying 100s and 100s of nights around the globe in hotels (most of which we booked here, as we generally love the service) this is the one where we just been SHOCKED and even felt THREATENED.
-Despite indication that you book a night in a HOTEL in an "EXCLUSIVE ROOM", they will tell you you are in an apartment and have nothing to do with them. (you still have the logo of their card, you still talk to their reception, and your reservation still stays the hotels name...)
-Despite indication that you have access to the hotel facilities (and neither optional, nor obligatory fees appear regarding the pool and wellness) you have zero access to anything, you have to pay the full fee, just like everybody else coming from the street
-Despite an option to have a breakfast at 6 EUR extra fee, they just laugh at you, the restaurant is closed, there is no such option, you can try "somewhere in the town"
-After all the shock, you will be able to talk to the "boss" who is even more rude than the workers (who are talking and laughing about you on their language the whole time). he will inform you that he DOES NOT CARE that you have his hotel's name on the reservation, and you PAY FOR POOL, and it is NOT HIS PROBLEM what is in your pre-paid terms and conditions (legal contract) that uses his hotel name.
-The whole place is dark (in every sense of the word) with no option to turn the lights on at the public areas, very dodgy, criminal. We were out quick as we came
