Only issue was when we called the hotel they said pool closed at 11pm. When I got there and tried to swim at 10 they said it was closed.

Hotel was very clean... rooms are almost sound proof. Love that! Love that each bed had 4 pillows, Bed was a little harder then I am use to but I know that you can't please everyone.

Next level amazing!
Next level amazing! I got the King Suite, Room 104. The room was like a large studio apartment. Very beautiful done and updated. And soooo clean. One of the best hotel room I've been in, and I've stayed in hotels all over the country.

First two nights and fourth night were great. Third night was on a Saturday and other guests were noisy until early morning knocking on nearby room doors and talking. Found dark hairs in towels and washcloths. Glad I brought my own shower items. Otherwise, location was great and staff were pleasant and friendly.

Clean room, no hot water
The hot water didn't work. They made an adjustment and the water got warm, not hot.

Not to par for a Hampton Inn
Not up to par for a Hampton Inn. Minimal breakfast but they only had one coffee urn which was always empty. Also only one towel per person. Could be covid.

Time changed a week ago,I corrected the alarm clock for you. The deadbolt won’t lock because the striker plate wasn’t installed correctly. I like hot showers, I was lucky to get lukewarm even early morning. We were pretty disappointed in the “breakfast”. Room 412....we will probably stay here again

First, given a room with one bed for four people. Was told they overbooked and it had a pull out couch when told them they gave us the wrong room. I solved the problem by trading with someone else in our group that only had 3 people. I was told they overbooked just like the airlines. Idiotic comment given airlines have many planes and many flight plans and offer great rewards when you get bumped. They had no solution and while they offered to reduce the rate, the room could not accommodate us, so that did not matter. This room was booked three months ago. Very disappointing for a hotel branding the name Hilton.
Got to room and discovered no AC. Screen blank. Two different workers came to see if they could do something. At 11 pm told they would bring us a fan. At midnight, I told them to forget it. We were going to bed. 2 hour process with no resolution. It was fixed the next day, so we were able to sleep in comfort the second night, but that could also be due to not sleeping much the previous night.
Several outlets did not work. Not enough towels. Overall, very disappointed. I travel on average twice a month. I have reasonable expectations. This hotel failed.
