We have stayed by this property me and my wife for our honeymoon. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST. The rooms were old, the shower was dirty not even clean, they change towels every 2 days which is not normal, they say reception is opened till 9pm but there is never anyone there and its closed by 7pm. We had a Deluxe suite with private pool which we had paid a lot for but because we weren’t happy with the room (old room, dirty bathroom and floors) we have asked to get to another room which was smaller then the one we had. The owner Vasilis Kritkos had promised us he would switch us rooms for the last 2 nights of our stay at no extra charge but when the time came to switch us rooms he wanted to charge me 500 euros for 2 extra nights when the room was half the size from the one we had and he wanted this cash and didn't even let us pay with credit card (illegal).. When we got to the other room, there was no safe, you couldn’t lock the door from the inside, the balcony door wouldn’t lock and stayed opened so anyone could come in the room and steal our belongings! This is totally unacceptable I had told the staff but no one wanted to help us out. We took a shower in this new room and the water leaked all over the room because there was no stopper for the water which flooded the entire room. No one was even there to help not even one staff member!This hotel is really not worth your money, they have fools and they will do anything to fool you and you will never get what you paid for!
