The room was very spacious, sparse, few conveniences, but a nice location, close to the “T” and the staff was very accommodating.

Not a good experience.
After flying for 10 hours I landed in Boston at 11:30pm. I got to Global Luxury Suites Downtown Boston at 11:45pm and had to stand outside downtown Boston with luggage from 11:45pm to midnight before I was let in. After making three calls which I was told each time I would receive a call back I but never did. I waited in the lobby for three hours after that before I was able to get into my room. I did not see a staff member till the next day and all I only received was a I’m sorry. I am a was a female traveling alone and this was a business trip but paid out of my pocket for the first day due to flying in before the training with taxes and fees I paid around 300.00.

NOT recommended
We paid a total amount of $426.48 and there was a problem with this apartment, both of the blinds were broken and the person staying there was not able to sleep well. I sent 2 emails, but so far I have been told they will give an answer soon, now that the money is collected they dont care. Apartment was nice, but the have zero customer service. A disaster so far.

Not as advertised, not a hotel.
First, this was promoted as a hotel, and we were only staying for one night. The rate looked good and the photos appeared to show that the room would accommodate 3 people. As it turns out these are clearly extended stay apartments and should not be purported to be a hotel room. The studio was extraordinarily small, truly uncomfortable for 3 people, and if the advertised pull-out sofa was to be pulled-out I'm not sure that there would have been space anywhere in the apartment to put the coffee table so that the sofa could actually be pulled out. Instead, our 3rd person just slept on the couch as is. There were bags of towel sets, some of which were missing the smaller towels. The most disappointing part was that the "rate" shown on the hotel sites become almost double when the "fees" were added to the room, which was not clear in the app, and once booked could not be cancelled. After booking I had to go to an online form as if I were renting an apartment which again was a hassle when only planning to stay one night. The instructions also stated that we had to remove our own garbage and leftover food and drinks upon departing - again not an expectation of a hotel. If these were advertised as what they are - a very small studio apartment for an extended stay with an accurate rate rather than hidden fees, then it would be fine. But that was not the case and it was exceedingly frustrating and disappointing to discover these issues after it was too late to cancel the reservation.
