Tru by Hilton Wichita Northeast

Very pleased with our stay! Really clean rooms and cool lobby that was fun for the kids. Will definitely stay again for the next trip!

I expected more from a hotel associated with the Hilton brand. I must say that the front desk staff were very friendly and did a great job. The room itself was a bit small. I could hear the guest in the room next to mine as well as the guests across the hall. I could literally hear their conversations. The walls are very thin. I could also hear the guests above me walking around. This was pretty annoying and made it hard to sleep. Also, the morning i was to check out a maid entered my room at 9:40 am unannounced without even knocking first. That was quite shocking as i was still in bed and had not checked out. Overall, i was not very thrilled with my stay and would not stay there again.

The property was great, location was great, but when you’re a non-smoker you can sniff out cigarette smoke a mile away. I imagine the room was fully cleaned but we all know that stench will carry into our clothing and personal items. Room was also not cleaned during our stay despite being out all day.

Everything other then we were out of conditioner in the shower and I was already in the shower before I realized it. Also the breakfast wasn’t very kid friendly no cereal

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was very rude didn’t greet us, when she asked a question it was like we were bothering her. The room was very small and not comfortable. The pillow cases had stains and when we asked for new pillows she gave us small smelly pillows and didn’t want to really help us. Her attitude was very bad and made us uncomfortable. If I could have received a refund I would have left right away.

The hotel staff was great, especially the lady working front desk when we checked out on 11/22. The only downfall i would really say was the internet would not work on our devices. I even called front desk to verify we were inputting the correct password but it still wouldn't work. Also something spilled in front of the elevators and it was not cleaned up so it made the floor sticky which tracked into the elevators. No big issues though and would definitely stay again!

It had stormed the night before and the parking lot was not treated at all for ice. I fell down once and almost did again like 3 other times. Then, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were empty. But, I was not too worried about that because the holders were disgusting anyway and looked like they have not been cleaned in months. The breakfast was just a fruit, yogurt and bagel. However, the bananas were rotten and the bagels were like rocks. The room itself was ok and comfortable. The desk clerk was not the nicest either.

Clean place nice staff.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean thanks for my weekend.

Newer hotel. Room was dirty. Spills from previous guests still on floor. Mold in shower.
