I was hosted in this Hotel for only 3 nights. Was really easy to check-in outside of the usual time range. The breakfast offer was small but it was okay if you look on the price, But I saw rats and cockroaches in the building. That made me feel not really confortable. And the room had everything you need but the conditions were old and used. After all it was a nice and cheap Hotel but not really clean.

Perfect location! I had a view of the Capitol from my little room. I found the little room with single bed cozy for my solo, 2 night night stay and the price was right! The bathroom was shared and down the hall, which I knew. However, they could definitely update the bathroom! Old tub and toilet. The breakfast part of the B & B is pretty austere but there is a great diner a block away which suited me better anyway. That said, I loved the location and the simplicity and would stay there again by myself!

3rd floor shower needs replacing as does Lock on door get a proper one - easy to do & worth it to make for easy securing. A lock guy would have one up and running with ease.

This place is definition of a hidden gem. The only downside was no parking, but they are upfront about that and gave multiple options as far as parking. The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful, the room and whole area was clean. The simple breakfast was perfect to start day walking the Capitol, which was only a couple blocks away from the front door. Overall, 10/10
