Youth Hostel Interlaken

Wir hatten ein 2er-Zimmer mit eigener DU/WC. Das Hostel ist modern und sehr schlicht gestaltet und das Zimmer ist aufs Wesentliche reduziert. Einzig noch etwas mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleider wären in der Winterzeit noch wunschenswert. Das Frühstück hat uns überrascht und war für ein Hostel eher vielfältig. Uns hats geschmeckt.

This place is great. It’s a hostel but very very good considering the location, convenience, cleanliness, breakfast, and good services. It’s located 3 min from Interlaken ost station which is about 30 min to Lauterbrunnen and 40 min to Grindelwald. The room price include pretty good basic breakfast buffet and you can get dinner from 12.50. Coop is within 3 min walk as well. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was just perfect :) It's conveniently located in Interlaken. Every staff I talked to here was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation will be my choice again on my next visit to Switzerland!

The bed was a little firm and as we were a couple it was a little annoying that the mattresses kept separating

Building seems very new and rooms, beds and beddings all were clean and fresh. This is a hostel so had to put on the beddings ourselves and take off on checking out. There is no in-room TV, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer or the tea/coffee. It's very basic and geared towards backpacking young people. There is a common room with tv, microwave and a kettle.
