Nice and comfortable

I noticed the facility had over charged my card on file that was for into signals so I had called and spoke to the manager the manager was very rude he kept speaking over me it would not let me speak and explain the charges and just kept saying that they did not charge me but while I was on the phone I was looking at my bank statement and it clearly showed that they will legally charge my card for additional than the $50 incidental. The place isnt in a good neighborhood it is a nice facility but customer service from the manager made the trip very horrible and the location

Over all stay was pleasing, except the fact that my card was over charged. I especially HATE when that happens. They take your money instantly, but you have to wait all week to get it back😡

Front desk check in asked for my id and said room number. Only thing spoken. Very clean place. Not a great neighborhood

Comfortable bed, but there was toothpaste on the mirror and handprints all over the windows.

Hotel is not easy to find

Well first of all. They said they provided cribs and cots for the little ones. I was told up front that they would look for one. Went back down an hour later and they said they didnt have any cribs or cots on premises. So Misinformed. The customer reps upfront had sour attitudes. We were from 9 hours away & last thing we needed after a long trip was bad attitudes. On Hotels.com gave us a rate of 89.00 they ended up charging us 100 a night so what we were originally gonna pay was 292 and ended up payimg 346. So we werent prepared for that. When checking out we left two jackets & were two hours down already. I called to see if la quinta could make a courtesy mail out & they said no u have to turn back and come get them. Like come on a multi million dollar hotel & can send a package worth maybe 10.00$. Very bad expierence for it being are very first time in dallas tx.

It was clean and nice, would recommend.

Overall we had a really good stay here. When we first arrived our room was dirty (unclean sheets and so forth) so we got moved to a new one. Sadly the second was the same. However we got moved one more time and this time the room was perfect. From then on out the stay was great!

The hotel was fairly nice and clean on the inside. The outside of the building tells you that it is a new construction. However, the neighborhood it is located in is not a safe area to be outside when nighttime approaches. The breakfast only runs until 9am even on New Years Day which is tough considering many people stay up late to celebrate. The towels had a couple stains that were not pleasant looking and the lobby had a couple cockroaches. Overall the hotel has some flaws but wasn't bad for the price.
